Stella Artois Gluten Free Beer
Ambev launches Stella Artois Gluten Free beer. According to the manufacturer, the new version tastes identical to the traditional Stella, but with the benefit of being free of gluten, a protein that many people have some kind of restriction on.
The novelty seeks to elevate the public's experience while following consumption and behavior trends. “We usually say that Stella is a sophisticatedly simple brand, because we think about the small details to make every moment special. The consumer wants to have more and more options to choose from and our role is to bring that about, understanding these needs and creating new recipes”, says Bruna Buás, Marketing Director for Stella Artois in Brazil.
“We were able to arrive at a gluten-free version of this pure malt beer through the application of a technology in the production process, which helped us to preserve the taste and all the characteristics of the original version so that the drink is considered a gluten-free product. according to Brazilian legislation”, says Alexandre Levy, master brewer at Ambev and one of those responsible for the innovation.
New beer packaging
The packaging of the new beer is the same as the traditional Stella Aretois: green glass bottle. What changes is the label, which gained a gold background, the same color as the bottleneck and the cardboard sex pack.
Stella Artois Gluten Free can now be found at points of sale in Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte. In August, it will arrive in São Paulo and, still in 2020, in other regions of Brazil.
